PVH Arvind Fashion Private Limited ("PVH Arvind", "We", "Us", "Our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how We collect, use, disclose and transfer personal information, through in.tommy.com and the Tommy Hilfiger mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), of individuals who browse or access the Platform, provide information on or through the Platform, or whose information We otherwise collect, receive or process in connection with the offer and sale of Tommy Hilfiger products ("Products") (collectively, "Customers", "You", "Your").
This Policy does not apply to personal information collected from you offline (unless otherwise specified), to any PVH Arvind website or app that does not link to this Policy, to Customers located outside India, or to third-party websites to which the Platform may link.
By accessing and/or using the Platform and providing information as described in this Policy, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information in accordance with this Policy. We encourage you to read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may choose to discontinue use of the Platform.
You further agree and consent to receive communications relating to Our Products and services on the mobile number provided by you, even where such number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register ("NCPR"/DND) under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 ("TRAI Regulations"). By providing your mobile number, you expressly opt in to receive such communications (including order updates, offers and promotions) from PVH Arvind, and confirm that these communications shall not be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI Regulations.
For the purpose of this Policy, "Personal Information" means any information relating to you that, either by itself or in combination with other information available to PVH Arvind, is capable of identifying you.
2. Collection of Personal Information
When you use the Platform, We collect and store personal information that is provided by you from time to time, in order to create a safe, efficient and customised shopping experience. We collect personal information from you in the following ways:
2.1 Information You Submit
We collect and store the personal information you provide while using the Platform, including when you register an account, place an order, sign up for newsletters, contact customer care, respond to a survey, or submit information through a sponsored social media promotion or in-store event. We automatically collect certain information whenever you interact with the Platform, including the URL you came from and go to next, your device and browser information, and your IP address. 2.3 Information From Other Sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery or address information from courier/logistics partners, or information from third parties that feature Our Products or promotional offers, where you have opted in to receive such information. PVH Arvind is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sources it does not own, manage or control.
2.4 App-Specific Information (Tommy Hilfiger Mobile Application)
Where you use the Tommy Hilfiger mobile application, We may additionally collect the following categories of information, only where the relevant device permission is granted by you:
- Device identifiers — such as a unique device ID, device model, and operating system version, used to operate the app, maintain security, and diagnose issues.
- Advertising identifier — such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), used for interest-based advertising and to measure the effectiveness of Our marketing campaigns. You may reset or limit this identifier at any time through your device settings.
- Location information — precise or approximate location, where you grant permission, used to show you nearby stores, delivery estimates, and location-relevant offers. You may disable location access at any time via your device settings.
- Camera and photos — accessed only when you choose to use a related feature, such as scanning a barcode, uploading a profile picture, or attaching an image to a return/exchange request.
- Push notifications — a device push token used to send you order updates, offers and reminders. You may disable push notifications at any time via your device or app settings.
- Crash and analytics reporting — technical logs, crash reports, and app performance/usage analytics, used to diagnose issues, maintain app stability, and improve the app experience.
3. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
We limit collection to information that is necessary to process your order, provide accurate services, or improve Our Products and the Platform. This includes:
- Your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number and country;
- Date of birth, gender, language preference and location;
- Names, addresses and phone numbers of persons to whom purchases have been shipped, and your IP address;
- Product interests, preferences, sizing information and, where voluntarily shared, your opinions and feedback;
- Payment-related information such as bank account, credit/debit card or other payment instrument details, collected via Our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (see Section 2 for how this is handled);

- Phone numbers used to contact Our customer care team; and
- Technical information about your device, operating system and application version, collected to support app updates and troubleshooting.
4. Purpose of Collection and Legal Basis
We may use your Personal Information to:
- Verify your identity and fulfil Product purchases and transactions;
- Communicate with you about your account, orders and activities on the Platform;
- Respond to your queries, reviews, comments, or other feedback;
- Administer contests, promotions, surveys or other Platform features;
- Follow up after correspondence via live chat, e-mail or phone;
- Allow you to log in using a social media account and share activity on your social pages;
- Comply with Our legal obligations, policies and procedures, including enforcement of Our Terms of Use;
- Understand your shopping preferences and conduct research to improve Our Products and your shopping experience;
- Send order updates and offers via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels;
- Conduct internal research on Customer demographics, interests and behaviour;
- Identify store locations nearest to you and share relevant promotional offers;
- Prevent, detect and investigate fraud or other illegal activity, or violations of Our Terms of Use; and
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request.
The legal bases on which We process your Personal Information include:
- Performance of a Contract — where processing is necessary to fulfil Our agreement with you, such as delivering the Products you have ordered.
- Legitimate Interest — such as sending you marketing information about Our Products or communicating with you to serve you better.
- Compliance with a Legal Obligation — such as retaining business records for periods required under applicable law.
- Consent — in certain situations, We rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described in Section 10 (Withdrawal of Consent).
5. Use of Demographic Data, Profile Data and Your Information
We use personal information to fulfil orders placed on the Platform. Where We use your personal information for marketing, this remains your choice — We provide the ability to opt out of such use (see Section 9). - Customer support service providers, to help us respond to your queries and service requests.
These service providers are permitted to use your Personal Information only to perform the specific functions We have engaged them for, and are not authorised to use or disclose it for their own purposes. In addition, We may share Personal Information with:

You can update or correct your name, e-mail address, mobile number and preferences by logging into your account on the Platform, or by writing to us at care@th-india.com.
Receiving newsletters and promotional messages
You can click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any promotional e-mail, adjust your notification preferences in the app/account settings, or write to us at care@th-india.com.
Removing content you have posted (e.g. a product review)
You can request removal of content you have posted on the Platform by e-mailing details to care@th-india.com. We will endeavour to honour such requests, though historical copies or caches outside our control may remain.
10. Withdrawal of Consent
Where you have consented to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information under this Policy, you may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to Us at care@th-india.com. Where you have shared location information via the Tommy Hilfiger app, you may disable location services on your device at any time. Please note that any processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains lawful, and We may retain certain information notwithstanding withdrawal, where necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce Our agreements.
11. How We Store Your Personal Information
We may store Personal Information using Our own secure servers, or through third-party cloud service providers with whom PVH Arvind has contracted to support Our business operations. Such third parties do not use or access your Personal Information other than for storage and retrieval, and are required to maintain at least the same level of security that We apply to protect your Personal Information.
12. Disposal of Personal Information
We use your Personal Information only for the purposes described in this Policy and take reasonable steps to delete or permanently de-identify Personal Information once it is no longer needed for those purposes or required to be retained under applicable law.
13. Customer Comments and Content
If you post comments, ratings, reviews or other content on the Platform, please be aware that any information you choose to share there may be viewed, collected or used by others, including third parties. We are not responsible for information you voluntarily submit publicly, and cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy or otherwise use such content.

The Platform may contain links to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. The Platform is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those linked websites, and We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before using it.
15. Third-Party Advertisements and Analytics
This Section applies only to your use of the website (in.tommy.com), and does not apply to the Tommy Hilfiger mobile application.
We may use third-party advertising and analytics service providers (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to evaluate use of the website, compile activity reports, and serve advertisements when you use the website. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your visits to the website and other websites, in order to serve advertisements about goods and services that may interest you, and may combine this with other data they hold.
