The Hilfiger Club Terms & Conditions

THE HILFIGER CLUB (referred to as “Programme”) refers to the privilege program of brand “Tommy Hilfiger” which is being run & managed by PVH Arvind Fashion Pvt. Ltd. (referred as “TH”) for its end consumers.

Employees of TH and/or its Affiliates/Franchisee/Nominees and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in THE HILFIGER CLUB membership program.

At the time of successful enrolment into the Programme the customer agrees that they shall be liable to all the terms & conditions as mentioned below:

MEMBERSHIP TIER VALIDITY

  1. Silver membership will remain valid provided there is at least one purchase in a rolling 48 months period from the last purchase date. The membership will be downgraded to Blue in case the said criteria is not met.
  2. Membership can be renewed by shopping for Rs. 10,000 or above at an exclusive store.
  3. Gold membership will remain valid provided there is a cumulative purchase of Rs. 25,000 in a rolling 24 months period last tier upgrade date. The membership will be downgraded to Silver in case the said criteria is not met.
  4. Platinum membership will remain valid provided there is a cumulative purchase of Rs. 85,000 in a rolling 13 months period last tier upgrade date. The membership will be downgraded to Gold in case the said criteria is not met.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  1. The Blue, Silver & Gold member Welcome Voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  2. The Gold Welcome Voucher of 10% + Addl 10% OFF will be applicable on non-discounted THAF articles on maximum bill value of Rs. 25,000.
  3. Gold membership benefit of 10% OFF on every transaction will be applicable only on non-discounted THAF articles.
  4. Platinum membership benefit of 10% OFF on every transaction will be applicable on all non-discounted articles.
  5. Platinum seasonal voucher of 15% OFF is valid on non-discounted THAF articles on a single bill during the season, the validity of which will be assigned and communicated through SMS by TH.
  6. The Silver & Gold member's Birthday Voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue and will be applicable only on non-discounted THAF articles.
  7. Gold member while availing his/her Birthday voucher can enjoy a discount value of maximum Rs. 5,000 only.
  8. A Platinum member can avail his Birthday voucher benefit only on 1 THAF product of his/her choice. The validity of the Birthday benefit will be 1 month from the date of issue.
  9. For availing member discount or for redeeming member specific voucher, a coupon code shall be generated on the member’s registered mobile number and will be required at the point of billing.
  10. TH reserves the right to define the terms & conditions of all discount vouchers/offers issued to the Programme Member and will communicate through SMS.
  11. The Programme membership benefits cannot be redeemed in cash, in part or full. No two offers or benefits or discounts can be clubbed together in one purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (IN.TOMMY.COM)

  1. CRM benefits can be redeemed only once the return window is over i.e. after 21 days from the website order placement date, unless the purchase is returned.
  2. In case of partial return, any redeemed CRM voucher will not be reversed in the customer’s account. In case of full return, any redeemed CRM voucher will be reinstated in the customer’s account.
  3. For any website orders, return/ exchange will not be accepted in exclusive brand stores.
  4. Membership Validity, Membership Benefits & Other T&Cs will be applicable for website transactions.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. TH reserves the right to revise or change the terms and conditions as well as change the rules and regulations governing the programme without any prior notice to the customers at its sole discretion. TH also reserves the right to change or withdraw any member benefits/offers including discounts available under the Programme.
  2. Upon enrolling to the programme, the member consents to receiving communication via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email and Voice Call? from PVH Arvind Fashions Ltd., Arvind Fashions Limited, and their subsidiaries – only to provide information relating to products and services offered by the Company.
  3. Membership & programme benefits are applicable only in exclusive Tommy Hilfiger stores or on Tommy Hilfiger products only. Here Tommy Hilfiger products (referred as “THAF”) shall mean its range of Apparel, Footwear, Socks and Handbags.
  4. The Programme membership is non-transferable and the benefits can be availed by the members only. It is not a corporate membership. TH reserves the right to refuse membership to a customer without assigning any reason.
  5. A customer registered at a Tommy Hilfiger Adult store will upgrade in a Tommy Hilfiger Kids store and vice versa. However, the value at which he/she can be upgraded will be basis the store at which he/she was enrolled.
  6. Any misuse of the benefits given under THE HILFIGER CLUB membership program may result in the termination of said membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of TH.
  7. TH or its Franchisees shall not be liable to any member of the Programme for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense caused by negligence or otherwise, whether or not TH/ its franchisee have any control over the circumstances giving rise to such claim.
  8. The courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any, and all disputes between any Member and TH or its Franchisees, arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

PVH Arvind Fashions Ltd., Arvind Fashions Limited, and their subsidiaries will endeavour to keep all member information confidential, but may share such information with their agencies and third-party service providers under a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure complete confidentiality of the database.
